We do our own in house investing in Stocks & ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Cryptocurrencies. These investments are exclusive to Peak for building our capital base.

For individuals wanting to create new business or with existing start-up companies, we offer venture capital to assist in their success. For each venture we require having an equity position in exchange for the cash infusion and business experience.

To balance our portfolio we look for real estate that can provide either value appreciation and/or a specific cap rate return. All of our properties acquired will receive an investment to improve the value of the asset.
