Private Equity

A portion of Peak funds are focused on turning small businesses into larger ones by using our experience, a scale focused strategy, while leveraging into a market opportunity. Before funding starts, each investment is allocated a certain amount of capital to be applied toward a specific investment strategy. All of Peak’s investments are placed with businesses of whom we have an comfortable relationship with and there is a high probability of growth success.

Real Estate

Peak focuses on conservative real estate opportunities with a potential for higher growth after acquiring, investing, and managing for a reasonable return. Our firm was founded on the premise of making asset investments with good returns that are tied to our strong balance sheet. To do so, Peak pools resources and works with our investment partners on opportunities that fit within our properties portfolio.

Securities

Peak also invests in a variety of publicly traded securities and investment products with the capital we hold in reserve for our future investment opportunities. These include:

• Stocks — U.S.-listed common and preferred equities are our main source of backing within  our base.
• ETFs - (Exchange Traded Funds) Publicly listed ETFs including index and thematic ETFs privide us with our second tier for backing within our financial base. We primarily pursue thematic investments.
• Bonds for Fixed Income —  Bonds provide us with our fixed income base as a financial instrument.
