We avoid highly cyclical or speculative development plays. Instead we seek to invest in cash-flowing properties with attractive going-in cap rates and clear exit strategies through refinance, sale, or 1031 exchange. Our approach prioritizes downside protection through conservative leverage, strong sponsorship alignment, and active asset management to deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns to our investors while contributing to the economic vitality
